How are your prints produced?
Every work is produced to order on premium archival materials — nothing is mass-printed or pulled from a warehouse shelf. Producing to order lets us focus on quality for each individual piece and avoid waste.
Where do you ship?
We currently deliver across the USA and Europe. Where possible, your piece is produced in the region closest to you, which keeps transit shorter and gentler on the work — and on the planet.
How long does delivery take?
Because each piece is made to order, your artwork first goes into production and then ships to you. Timing depends on the specific work and your location. As soon as your order ships you will receive a confirmation with tracking, so you can follow it door to door. See our shipping page for details.
How do I track my order?
You will receive an email with tracking information the moment your order ships. You can also find your orders any time under My Account.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Every piece ships in protective packaging, but if your artwork arrives damaged, contact us with a photo of the piece and the packaging and we will make it right.
What sizes and formats are available?
Available sizes and formats vary from work to work and are listed on each product page. If you are unsure which size suits your space, our Journal covers how to choose well.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through a secure, encrypted checkout. Nitushi never stores your full card details.
